As a free choice from Donation shop, anyone who would donate atleast 5$ could gain access to a list of civilian/paramilitary skins. As a loot items, civilian types of skins in residential area, paramilitary/banditry ones in military spawns, best quality military skins ( ghillies,soldier skins,rockets) in helicopters/barracks If Rmod got implemented I think of 2 ways of adding skins in game : If you are able to make changes you would like to implement, add Rmod and pack those files to download and install as a mod I think you should totally go for it. Making them to download and install custom files isn't that demanding as other things that are expected from community.
They are being tought how to behave and most of them follow this. People already to play in here need to follow rules/guidelines. Rolle, I think that you should stop thinking that implementing custom files for this server would be a too big of a challenge.
